Baked Stuffed Hard Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chowder-size hard clams in shells or 1 (12 oz.) can hard clams
1/4 stick margarine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
few drops hot sauce
Preparation

Drain and chop clams.
Melt margarine or butter in pan.
Add rest of ingredients.
If mixture is too dry, moisten with water. Fill 1/2 clam shells or any ovenproof dishes with clam mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 until hot and bubbly for 10 to 15 minutes.
