Chinese Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel the cucumber.
    Cut into very thin slices.
    Sprinkle salt and let stand for at least 20 minutes.
    Drain thoroughly.
