5-Minute Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    Sauce (follows)
Preparation
    Grease bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Combine sugar, vanilla and eggs in large mixer bowl; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. At low speed, add flour, soda, salt and pineapple and beat 1 minute. Pour into pan; sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar, coconut and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Just before cake is done, prepare sauce. Pour over warm cake. Cool before serving.
