Sweet Roll Dough(Very Good For Caramel Or Cinnamon Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs, beaten
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour or enough for a soft dough
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
In large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt and oleo.
Stir until oleo is melted. Add yeast mixture.
Add eggs and 3 cups flour.
Mix well; add remaining flour until you get a soft dough.
Knead very well and place in a greased bowl.
Let rise until double; punch down and let rise a second time.
Make into rolls.
Let rise and bake.
