Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
    1/2 to 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. very hot water
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked and cubed turkey or chicken
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, stir together scalloped potatoes, seasoning mix, poultry seasoning and hot water until well combined.
    Add soup; blend well.
    Add potato slices, turkey, carrots, celery and onion, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
    Spoon mixture into 2 quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
