Grandma Kelii'S Oyster Sauce Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork ribs
    1 piece ginger
    1/3 c. oyster sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. shoyu
    1 round onion, grated
Preparation
    Boil ribs with ginger for about 1 hour over low heat.
    Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce.
    Drain ribs and pour sauce over hot ribs.
    Charcoal broil or bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
