Spicy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    4 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 cans (8-oz. each) tomato sauce
    4 cups water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Saute ground beef and remove all grease.
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
