Sweet And Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
sliced Granny Smith apples

Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and sugars.
Stir in vanilla and nuts. Chill until ready to serve.
Core and slice the Granny Smith apples. Sprinkle with Fruit-Fresh.
Serve with dip.
