Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/3 c. water
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained (optional)

Preparation

Add sugar, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and juice to heavy pan and bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixture all at once, while stirring constantly.
Mixture will thicken and become translucent. Add pineapple chunks.
