Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) tomatoes, cut up (stewed)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook
    spaghetti
    according to package
    and
    drain.
    Stir butter into hot spaghetti and stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form
    spaghetti mixture into crust in a
    buttered
    10-inch\tpie plate.
    In skillet, cook ground beef, onion,
    and
    green pepper until vegetables are tender and
    meat
    is
    browned.
    Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato\tpaste,\tsugar,\toregano and garlic
    salt.
    Heat.
    Spread cottage
    cheese
    over
    bottom
    of crust.
    Fill pie with mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
