Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain cornmeal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together (except margarine). Pour into an ungreased 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven. Pour the melted margarine over the baked cornbread. Let stand until it has been absorbed.
