Mrs. Rock'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large bowl.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Freezes well if frozen before cooked.
    Makes large amount.
    Usually put in two casseroles, 1 to serve and 1 to freeze for later.
