Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped raw apples
    1 1/2 c. all vegetable cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Peel apples and chop; set aside.
    Pour cooking oil into large mixing bowl;
    add
    sugar
    and eggs and beat.
    Sift flour with salt, soda\tand
    baking
    powder.
    Gradually
    add flour to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Gently fold in chopped apples. Grease a 10-inch tube
    pan and line with waxed paper;
    pour in batter. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    one hour or until done.\tWhen cake is cool, remove from pan and drizzle on Sugar Glaze.
