Parmesan Vegetable Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
4 to 6 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
3 to 4 celery stalks, cut into strips
1/2 c. (2 oz.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. coarsely crushed seasoned croutons
Preparation

Bring water, onion and chicken bouillon to a boil.
Stir until bouillon is dissolved.
Add carrots and celery.
Cover and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
