Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 jars plum sauce baby food
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 to 1 c. broken pecans (omit, if desired)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large bowl together.
Stir with a spoon until blended.
Generously grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan and pour in cake mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
