Smothered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Cut round steak into serving size pieces.
Beat steak to tenderize.
Flour, salt and pepper steak.
Brown in small amount of oil.
Drain.
Place steak pieces into casserole dish.
Add soup mix, mushroom soup, milk and mushrooms.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
