Macaroni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. macaroni, cooked
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 canned pimento, cut
Preparation
    Melt cheese.
    Add milk and other ingredients.
    Add eggs and macaroni.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes until knife comes out clean.
    (I serve with chili sauce.)
