No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, cut up
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together in a Dutch oven; cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
