Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton's curing salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. coarsely ground peppercorns
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Divide in 1/2; make 2 long rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unwrap and place on broiler pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Turn over in 45 minutes. Cool.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
