Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1/3 c. sherry
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 lb. bacon
    deboned chicken breasts
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish with bacon.
    Pour in rice. Wrap deboned chicken breasts in bacon and place on top of rice. Pour soup, milk and sherry mixture over.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered with foil, for 45 minutes, then 45 minutes uncovered.
