Lindburg Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium cabbage
    12 carrots
    6 red bell peppers
    6 green bell peppers
    12 medium onions
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Put all vegetables through a food chopper and add all of the salt.
    Let it set for 2 hours and then place it in a colander and drain.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
    Let stand until sugar dissolves (do not heat).
    Put both mixes together and mix well. Place in freezer containers and enjoy later.
