Glorified Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni (elbows), cooked
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and pimento in 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; do not brown.
    Add the onion, remaining mayonnaise, pimento, soups and cheese to the macaroni.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
