Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, diced (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Form into 2 large or 3 small balls with wet hands.
Roll in chopped walnuts and/or parsley flakes. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
