Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped
2 tsp. beef flavor bouillon granules
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
-
Saute green pepper, celery and onion in butter in a large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
