Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 oz. crab meat
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    4 English muffins
    1/4 c. butter
    8 Cheddar cheese slices
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, shredded cheese, celery and parsley. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and Tabasco sauce.
    Toss crab meat mixture with dressing.
    Split and toast muffins and spread with butter.
    Spread crab meat mixture and 1 slice of cheese on each muffin.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and crab mixture is heated.
    Cut in squares.
