Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can Ranch Style beans, drained
    1/2 c. French dressing
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) wedge Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Shred lettuce and slice green onions into large salad bowl. Brown meat.
    Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in beans, dressing, water and chili powder.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
