Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust, baked
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 (15 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 sprigs parsley
    12 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    I use low-fat cottage cheese, skim milk and add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
