Popovers(Light And Tasty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Grease 8 custard cups. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk and butter. In another bowl, stir flour and salt together. Make a hole in flour mixture and add egg mixture, stirring just until lumps disappear. Fill custard cups 1/2 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake another 20 minutes. When popovers are done, remove immediately from pan so steam doesn't soften them. Serve hot with butter (and maybe honey?).
