Lo-Cal Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

1 pt. cottage cheese
1/3 c. milk
2 cloves garlic, crushed in 1 tsp. salt, or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Beat cottage cheese with milk until smooth.
Add garlic salt. Chill, covered, for 10 to 12 hours.
