Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 small garlic clove
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion.
    Remove.
    Cook meat until light brown.
    Reserving 1/3 cup of broth, stir in remaining broth with meat.
    Add ketchup and salt.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes with reserved broth; add 3 tablespoons flour and pour into meat mixture.
    Add mushrooms, garlic and onion.
    Heat to boil; boil one minute to thicken sauce.
    Reduce heat.
    Add sour cream and heat.
    Pour over noodles.
