White Frosting For Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.
    Pour the boiling water over ingredients.
    Beat at high speed.
    When mixture starts to peak, add vanilla and continue beating until completely peaked. Spread over cake and sprinkle coconut.
