Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Mix with enough half and half to make a paste.
    Add melted butter.
    Beat the egg yolks and 1 whole egg.
    Add beaten eggs and rest of the half and half and cook in top of double boiler until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Cover and cool.
    When filling has cooled, turn into a baked pie crust.
    Top with Superior Meringue.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Let pie cool and sprinkle with 4 ounces grated semi-sweet chocolate.
