Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar together.
    Stir in
    milk.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and corn meal.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Stir to mix, then add oil and stir well.
    Pour in greased and floured pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
