Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onions
4 Tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
2 oz. (2 Tbsp.) chopped pimento
2 c. cubed chicken
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. celery salt
few grains cayenne pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in 2-inch lengths, cooked and drained
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add liquid from mushrooms and the seasonings.
Add soup gradually, stirring until smooth.
Add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
Mix chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms and pimentos.
Add the sauce.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
Cover with grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
