Kahlua Brownies - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter or margarine
3 (10 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Kahlua
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. Kahlua for top of bar
Preparation

Resift flour with baking powder and salt. Melt butter with chocolate over very low heat or over hot water. Beat eggs with sugar until light. Stir in chocolate mixture and 1/4 cup Kahlua. Add flour mixture and mix well; stir in walnuts. Turn into greased 9-inch square pan, bottom-lined with greased parchment or foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until top springs back. Be careful not to over bake. When cool, brush top with 1 tablespoon Kahlua. Cut into bars.
