Baked Apples With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large apples
sugar
cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
vanilla

Preparation

Wash and core the apples.
Fill the center with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour a little water over the apples.
Bake in moderate oven.
