Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    4 onions, sliced thin
    3 green peppers, cut in strips or red, green, yellow
    1 eggplant
    4 zucchini, cubed
    5 tomatoes or 1 large can tomatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. fennel seed
    pepper and salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onions; add peppers, eggplant and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except lemon juice.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes, then sprinkle with lemon juice.
