Ingredients

6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. raisins
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs with fork. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend. Stir in rice and raisins. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle brown sugar on top just before serving and broil 2 to 3 minutes about 5-inches until sugar melts.
