Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. sugar, minus 3 Tbsp.
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix 1/2 sugar with cracker crumbs and nuts.
Mix 1/2 sugar with vanilla and egg whites.
Beat until stiff.
Combine mixtures. Place in greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
