Dark Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt
    chocolate
    in
    small saucepan over very low heat. Add butter and water and stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat. Stir in confectioners sugar and beat with wire whisk, spoon or electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour frosting on cake, allowing it to drip naturally, to make a thick, shiny glaze.
