Brownie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Stir flour, baking powder, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and salt together in large bowl.
    Beat in milk, vanilla and oil until smooth.
    Pour into greased 8-inch baking pan.
    Mix brown sugar with 3 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over batter in pan.
    Pour hot (not boiling) water over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
