Thai Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (long grain)
    1 c. cooked meat (chipped beef or ham is good)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 bunch green onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    ginger root
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add 2 thin slices of ginger root and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove ginger root.
    Add meat, onions (white part sliced thin, green part 1-inch long).
    If fresh meat is used, cook until meat loses red color (1 to 2 minutes).
    Add rice and m.s.g. Stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
    Break an egg over mixture and stir in.
    Cook about 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Serve with soy sauce.
    Very good with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
