Mama Shari'S Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. golden onion dry soup
1 1/4 c. uncooked long rice
1 c. frozen peas
5 or 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In 13 x 9-inch glass pan stir first 5 ingredients.
Arrange chicken on top and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle chicken with chicken seasoning and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is lightly brown.
