West Of The Pecos Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can chopped black olives
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef. Add salt. Cool slightly and add 1/2 of the cheese. Add the onions and olives. Combine tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomato paste, water, oil, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Dip tortilla in sauce. Lay on plate. Place a heaping spoonful of meat mixture on tortilla. Roll. Place in a greased baking dish.
    Pour 1 cup sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Serve with remaining sauce.
