Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in small strips
sprinkle of salt and pepper
2 c. diced celery
2 c. green peppers, cut in strips
1 c. scallions or onions
1 small garlic clove (optional)
1/2 c. beef broth (can use bouillon)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Cook meat in any type oil 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
Add all, except soy sauce cornstarch.
Cook couple minutes until vegetables are soft.
Reduce heat and add beef broth.
Simmer 5 minutes.
