Pepper Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 doz. peppers
2 lb. brown sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil 5 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups flour.
Mix to thin paste. Cook 5 minutes more.
Makes approximately 8 pints.
