Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; put juice in top of double boiler.
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add to beaten egg.
    When well blended, stir into heated juice.
    Add margarine; stir until thick.
    Cut cheese into small cubes.
    Combine cheese cubes, marshmallows and pineapple chunks.
    (Cut pineapple chunks smaller if you like.) Pour cooked mixture over cheese mixture.
    Chill.
