Honeyed Carrots With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
    2 Tbsp. sliced scallion
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.
    Add carrots.
    Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
    Drain carrots. In same saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in carrots and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 6.
