Cheese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cartons sour cream, thinned with 1/2 c. sweet cream
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions, 1/2 length of time. Drain, add green chilies and sour cream mixture and 1/2 pound grated cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese; cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
