Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5
    x 3-inch.
    Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly,
    30
    seconds.
    Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute.
